Shipping Policy

Once we receive payment, a letter of credit, or open credit approval:

- Goods will be dispatched from our facility in Mumbai, India, or from a local public warehouse.

- Shipments are typically packaged in bays, boxes, or drums, and are floor-loaded with driver assistance. Drivers are responsible for ensuring and signing off on accurate piece counts.

- Special arrangements for particular load requirements can be made with prior notice.

- Shipments needing special handling (e.g., palletization or U.P.S.) will incur a reasonable surcharge for shipping and handling, which must be arranged in advance.
